As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Your role will involve managing the front-of-house team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. You shall report to the Company's General Manager and Director / Executive Management.
Lead and Manage: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Support and guide the FOH team to deliver outstanding service.
- Customer Experience: Welcome guests warmly, assist them with their needs, and handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Sales and Inventory:
Work closely with the team to optimize sales, particularly focusing on our wine and spirits offerings. Manage inventory to ensure were always prepared and well-stocked.Health and Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in line with health and safety regulations. Ensure all front-of-house practices meet the highest standards.Team Development: Train and supervise front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with daily cash management, sales reports, inventory checks, and other administrative tasks as needed.
