FOH Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members to foster a high-performing work environment.
• Monitor guest experiences, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate shift schedules and manage labor costs to meet operational goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house areas.
• Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to implement operational procedures and enhance service quality.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and promote teamwork.
• Support the resolution of conflicts or issues that may arise among staff or guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field and in similar capacity
• Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
• Passion for food, customer-service, & result oriented
