Position Overview
As a host, you will be responsible for managing the reservations efficiently and have excellent communication skills. The role requires an individual with outgoing personality who strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service while building a strong repertoire of guests for the restaurant.
The Role
- Managing reservations through phone and email, ensuring restaurants are confirmed
- Responding to guest enquiries and requests
- Communicating guest information to the team (special requests, occasions) to personalize guests experience
- Request guests for their dining feedback and communicate feedback to the manager
- Ensure each guest is warmly welcomed
- Welcome guests by name and escort them to the designated seats
- Ensure each guest gets a fond farewell before they leave
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database
Talent Profile
- Minimum 1 year of service in formal restaurant as guest relations
