Food Court Area Manager (Class 3)

Job Summary:

• Basic $3500 + $400 allowance
• 6 Days work Week
• Retail Hour (44hr/week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead and guide the Foodcourt Managers and Supervisors to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth daily operations in food outlets.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities, facilitating inspections and addressing operational matters.
• Oversee the financial performance of food outlets, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability while ensuring timely collection of rents.
• Regular checks on hygiene, service standards, and tenant performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and agreements.
• Review staff performance, handle disciplinary matters, and communicate policies effectively while managing daily operations and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess Class 3 license
• 5 years experience in Foodcourt operation
