Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production of received orders, planning, and work distribution.
- Ensure production activities are carried out properly and efficient utilization of workforce.
- Train new production staff on proper working methods and production recording.
- Following food processing so as to achieve quality output.
- Ensure the production operation is in the context of ISO & HACCP programs e.g. hygiene standard, work instruction, production records are properly followed and recorded.
Requirement:
- Relevant experience in food processing
- Ability to work under pressure to meet the production timeline
- Being able to work long working hours especially when the orders cropped up
- Self-driven and flexible personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills
