• Position Overview

Advanced Flavors & Fragrances is seeking an innovative and experienced Food/Application Technologist (Flavors). This critical role will be central to our dynamic team, focusing on the application of flavors in customer products. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of scientific knowledge and creative flair to our fast-paced and evolving environment, contributing significantly to our growth.

• Key Responsibilities

• Flavor Application Development

Design and implement applications for flavors to align with customer needs and product specifications.

• Collaborate with the R&D team and clients to ensure optimal product-usage fit.

• Quality Control and Assurance

Conduct rigorous QC/QA processes to maintain the highest standards of flavor quality and safety.

• Testing and Evaluation

Perform detailed tests and evaluations of flavors in various applications.

• Prepare application samples for sensory testing and evaluation by the team.

Manage raw materials, laboratory supplies and housekeeping.

• Customer-Centric Flavor Selection

Choose and recommend flavors for application in customer samples, ensuring suitability and appeal.

• Provide Technical-Sales Support to Sales Division to achieve a win.

• Team Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.

• Qualifications

• Educational Requirements

A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience and Skills

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Flavors industry.

• Strong sensory skills to evaluate and select appropriate flavors.

Results-oriented and customer-centric work ethic.

• Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities

Pay: $2,
