Product innovation & renovation for Yeo's product categories across markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Hands-on in full spectrum of innovation and renovation in the entire product life cycle from conceptualization to commercialization
- Stay current with industry trend in innovation and technologies to assist in product definition and design and identify opportunities for new development or improvement in existing products
- Lead cost and process optimizations
- Trouble-shoot issues related to products and processes
- Evaluate acceptability of new or alternate source of raw materials
- Support nutritional analysis for product labelling
- Provide technical support for enquiries pertaining to products, processes, food and labelling regulations
- Provide technical guidance to junior team member

- Knowledge in different food and beverage processing technologies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data accurately

Education
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science or its related field, advanced degree is an added advantage
Professional Experience
- Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years of working experience. Potential candidate with more years of related working experience will be considered for a more senior position.
