. Responsible in dealing with overdue payments collection
. Min Diploma holder
. Min 1 Year experience working in a customer service/ Credit collection position within banking industry
. 1 Year Contract - Extendable/ Convertible
. Basic Salary up to $ 3500 + Discretionary Bonus / CBD
Key Responsibilities:
. Reach out to customers through calls and email to remind customers to regularize their accounts.
. Arrange site visits to clients business premise to establish business presence and payment reminder.
. Able to achieve daily productivity in terms of call attempts, contacts and promise to pay by customers
. Provide customer with clear and accurate information including outstanding balance, due amount and due date.
. Maintain and update all dunning and site visit records factually and timely into collections system
. Ability to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally
. Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
. Min Diploma holder
. Min 1 Year experience working in a customer service/ Credit collection position within banking or finance industry
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
. Ability in conversing in Chinese to deal with Chinese stakeholders
. Positive and keen learning attitude
