Foreman

Responsibilities:

. Oversee on site operations, leading the teams to ensure timely completion of work.

. Manage and guide workers to ensure all tasks are perform in compliance with SOP.

. Report the project progress to the project manager, ensuring the project run smoothly and provide necessary support at the same time.

. Responsible for resolving issues at the work site.

Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years of experiences in interior or commercial renovation.

. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.

. Ability to solve the problem independently.

. Good communication skills to coordinate with teams, workers and contractors.

. Good project management skills, including organization and planning.
