Duties & responsibilities:
. Responsible for the quality of service and repair work carried out by his team.
. Responsible for conducting both in-progress and final quality check of vehicles.
. Responsible for the accuracy of technicians workshop time recording.
. Responsible for on-the-job training of apprentices / technician.
. Responsible for supporting Service Advisor on test drive and service related matters.
. Responsible for the use, maintenance and proper condition of tools and workshop
facilities.
. Responsible for safety, good order and tidiness in the workshop and the discipline of
staff under his care.
