Role Overview / Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic FB Specialist Sales professional with a strong passion for robotics and Industry 4.0 technologies. This role is designed for a proactive hunter who excels in both sales and pre-sales activities. The successful candidate will engage in prospecting to generate leads, visit customer sites, and build lasting relationships to drive and close sales opportunities. Additionally, this role involves planning and executing proof of concepts within the sales territory for both Autonomous Materials Handling Robots (MiR) and Pharmaceutical Robots (Meditech).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales plan for the territory, including identifying target accounts.
Create and implement a growth strategy for partners focusing on Sell-To and Sell-Through. - Prospect across various channels, including existing customers, LinkedIn, and industry exhibitions, to generate leads, particularly in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing for MiR, and Healthcare and Retail for Meditech.
- Utilize the company's CRM system to manage all customer interactions.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements to ensure solutions meet their needs.
Prepare proposals and tender submissions for customers. - Stay informed about the market, competitors, and industries relevant to new products.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, including senior management. - Conduct product demonstrations and manage proof of concepts.
- Communicate the company's robotics offerings effectively to both internal and external customers.
- Position our products and solutions as market leaders using our portfolio.
- Develop solutions that may involve integration with other products and solutions.
- Close sales and work diligently to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Follow company sales processes, including managing sales orders and relevant documentation.
- Take responsibility for explaining our offerings during customer demonstrations, paid trials, proof of concepts, and post-sales implementation. Meet revenue targets.
- Possess sufficient technical knowledge to assess and articulate customer needs to the solutioning team.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in sales, delivery operations, and strategic partnership management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of disruptive technologies such as robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT solutions, and logistics automation.
- Experience and knowledge in the manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and healthcare industries.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent analytical, planning, project management, and execution skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations to customers, partners, and senior management.
