FP&A Manager
Reporting to the Global VP of Finance, this role will be based in Singapore.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join our finance team. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, providing insightful analysis, and supporting decision-making processes. This role involves working closely with senior management on budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing proactive, insightful, high-quality analysis to support decision making, in the context of wider business implications, which can be translated into comprehensive materials/commentary for senior stakeholders.
Driving/owning and automating several aspects of management reporting, including exec reporting, weekly/ daily operational reporting, making sure that there is alignment and consistency in outputs and conclusions.
Involvement in regular assessment of working capital management, as well as balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
Working closely with the Treasury team to forecast daily/weekly cash needs.
Assistance in coordination of the annual planning process, as well as regular re-forecasting activities.
Implement and maintain rolling forecasts, working closely with the Finance & Strategy Business Partners to understand the ongoing story in each region.
Understanding and influencing the underlying drivers of performance to help drive the top and bottom line.
Developing financial models to support business in its decision-making process.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis and Fintech valuations /trends
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (ACCA /CA). CFA desirable
At least 3 to 5 years of FP&A Experience
Excellent at Excel and Powerpoint
Proficient in manipulating and managing large data sets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of accounting standards.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good working knowledge of Tableau and ERP systems
