Fragrance Development Coordinator (Cross Categories), Singapore (1-Year Contract)
As a Fragrance Development Coordinator, you will be supporting the Fragrance Development Manager Team on various operational tasks including evaluation management, panel testing, sample preparations, market samples arrangements, documentation and other administration tasks. You will coordinate with cross functional departments to drive successful fragrance evaluation and olfactive mapping report / presentation.
The Position:
Fragrance Development Support
Leading and consolidating new product launches across the region with cross functional team.
Receiving productions from commercial and counterparts
Preparation of decant samples with labelling.
Place market samples in compactor and update reference catalogue
Organize new product smelling sessions weekly
Maintain evaluation database for new product launches
Maintain inventory management of evaluation tools and equipment, office supplies and other required stationeries.
Support application sample request for project submissions to clients.
Support Category Fragrance Development Manager for oil sample request
Provide logistic support for Key Global Accounts if required
Support for benchmarks ordering needed only for projects
Receipt of shipment from affiliates
Coordination for samples preparation, logistics and organize data for export markets when required.
Plan and organize for affiliates / clients visiting
Collaborate with interns to prepare client meeting and workshops
Administrative / Operational Support
Maintain evaluation facilities.
Maintain office equipment and supplies including pantry
Organize Team events and other interactive occasions.
Support clients/management visiting
The Ideal Candidate:
Diploma in Chemistry or equivalent.
A self-starter, independent and has an ability to work under pressure.
Creative personality and enjoy working with diversity.
Strong team player with the ability to multi-task and proactiveness to complete tasks within tight timelines.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Has strong interest in fragrance industry.
Self-Motivated with minimum supervision and high degree of initiative
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
