A leading international entertainment franchise company is looking for a franchise director to lead the growth in the APAC region.

Your new role

Lead franchise growth in Asia, driving revenue and player engagement through strategic planning, marketing, and partnerships. You are responsible and accountable for all the franchise strategy, revenue, and regional go-to market planning and strategy agreement. This includes our market and player strategy and go-to-market campaigns. He/She is responsible and accountable for all the Franchise Strategy and revenue.

• Develop and execute franchise strategy for Asia markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (studio, commercial, marketing)
• Drive player acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights
• Build relationships with agencies, brands, and partners
• Develop meaningful relationships with important agencies, brands, partners in the region.
• Oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the business across local teams for agreement and consistency.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years experience in gaming/entertainment, publishing, or product management
• Experience with hyper-localized content development and marketing
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams
• Passion for gaming and gaming communities
• Proficiency in data analysis and narrative building
• Results-driven leader with a strong understanding of Asia gaming markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance short-term and long-term goals
• Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving

What you'll get in return

Base salary of up to SGD 22,500 with an attractive bonus structure, depending on experience.
