We are currently seeking exceptional and motivated individuals to join our esteemed team in the following capacity:
- Availability & Work Schedule:
The primary working schedule is anticipated to span over two days: Monday and Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, totalling 4 hours each day. Flexibility is incorporated to extend working hours on additional days as needed, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
This schedule also accommodates supporting events one evening per month. Moreover, there's an option to carry forward these hours within the year, ensuring adaptability to unforeseen circumstances.
Transparent communication regarding the pro-rata rate will be provided in advance to ensure clarity on salary expectations.
A minimum commitment of two years is anticipated from the successful candidate.
The salary range for this position is SGD 1,250 (for 2 days) to SGD 1,500.00 (for 3 days) per month.
- 3. Workspace & Communication Tools:
The role will operate from Andrea's office, with an allocated admin cupboard designated for IDCS materials to uphold accountability.
The Admin Manager will be provided with a phone and SIM card to eliminate the existing SGD 190.00 monthly fee associated with Serv Corp services.
A dedicated business WhatsApp communication line will be established and prominently advertised on the website, ensuring prompt responses within 48 hours.
Key responsibilities encompass providing comprehensive support with event liaising, as outlined in the job description (JD) being compiled by our Marketing Chair, in addition to other essential administrative duties.
