You will be responsible for achieving and meeting sales targets by recruiting participants through various platforms such as marketing on social media, cold calling etc, and maintaining sales leads for follow-up sales. You will also prospect for new learners, enhance retention sales, build and maintain learner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- attracting participants through cold calling and up-selling. Keep and maintain sales leads for follow-up sales.
- Maintain and improve digital marketing activities and performance.
- Carry out follow up with activities according to agreed timelines and budget.
- Prospect for new learners by attending course briefings and external events
- Strengthen retention sales by class visits, update course information and build relationships with existing learners.
- Maintain relationships by participating in sessions and responding to learners enquiries promptly.
- Help and provide services for individuals to unleash their full potential and upskill themselves
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level in any field.
- Working experience in the related field would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in other languages would be beneficial
