CA-Search, an executive search firm is founded in 2003 to deliver executive search recruitment solutions across Asia within the Commodities, Oil and Energy, InfoComm, Chemicals, Industrial and FMCG markets.

THE ROLE

Work with established portfolio of clients to achieve business growth through the development of partnerships from our in-house database and other job portals
Industry focus: Bank, IT & Telco, Commerce & Finance, Industrial & Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Life Sciences, Commodity, Oil & Gas, Shipping or Marine, Electronic, Retail and Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), Banking and Insurance.
Source candidates proactively and provide a true consultancy service with regards to vacancy and requirements.
Involved in the whole strategic recruitment process i.e. candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checks
Prepare contracts, proposals and presentations for clients
Manage both client's and candidate's expectations

REQUIREMENTS

Degree / Diploma with 3 to 10 year's recruitment experience OR direct exp from the industry with strong interest in recruitment
Result oriented, outgoing personality and possess excellent communication skills
Comfortable in handing specialized roles in various industries
Proven track record in delivering sales revenue
Independent in driving business discussions to deliver the best candidate to the clients
