Freelance Operations Executive (1 Weekday a Week)

As part of the position, you will work with the founders, Ivy League and Oxbridge graduates and other high-performing teammates.

Job Duties

• Handle daily admin and front desk duties
• Handle enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors.
• Arrange class schedules and feedback for parents, students and tutors
• Arrange invoicing and payments
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales
• Assist in marketing content curation for above and below the line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, Tik Tok, Videos, Website, Brochures, Wechat, Xiaohongshu)

• Strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and in accordance with deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications (such as Canva) proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Command of Korean and Japanese are welcomed as well)
• Malaysians and PRs welcome

Additional Details

Working Days: 1 Weekdays.

Working Hours: 10am to 7pm.

Salary: $15/hour. Additional performance and team bonuses apply for each new student onboarded.
