The opportunity
Rising Stars Education is a leading Enrichment programme service provider of Speech & Drama, Phonics, Creative Chinese Programme for Preschool children. We are seeking dynamic English Phonics Programme trainers to join our team for assignment at the Bukit Panjang, Ang Mo Kio and Tampines Areas. This part-time role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the development of young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering engaging and interactive English Speech & Drama to children aged 3-6 years old
- Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote language development, communication skills, and phonics mastery
- Providing individualized support and feedback to students to ensure their learning needs are met
- Collaborating with the curriculum team to continuously improve and refine programme content
- Maintaining detailed records of student progress and providing regular updates to parents
- Participating in professional development workshops to enhance your teaching skills
What we're looking for
- Preferably a Certificate or Diploma in Speech & Drama or trained in Phonics
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Phonics to young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners
- Excellent lesson planning and classroom management abilities
- Energetic with strong passion in imparting Speech & Drama and/or Phonics to young children.
- Committed to helping students reach their full potential.
- Strong command of English Language.
- Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the changing needs of the programme
