We are hiring Freelance Recruiter to join our team! You will be part of the education division, taking charge of roles such as teachers and centre managers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage 180 end-to-end recruitment process
• Drafting of job descriptions and posting job advertisements
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels
• Conduct phone calls and online interviews with potential candidates
• Manage job offers and negotiations
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Job Requirements:

• Must have CEI license - basic
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment would be an advantage.
