My client is a global experiential marketing agency that delivers both physical and virtual events for a really impressive list of clients. They're looking for a freelance Senior Producer that can help with delivering an event in Japan in January 2025.

What you'll be doing:

• Understanding clients business objectives and relaying these back to the team
• Creating and managing project documentation, such as plans, timelines and schedules
• Overseeing the logistics of multiple events
• Sourcing, liaising with and managing third parties (such as venues, vendors, freelance talent, crew, etc)
• Managing and allocating budgets
• Managing communications between team members and clients

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience for Producer and 5 years for Senior Producer
• Strong project management experience, overseeing the planning and delivery of events (physical and ideally, virtual / hybrid)
• Experience creating / managing budgets and accounting systems
• Strong client management experience
