  • Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Greet, serve drinks and maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Liaise with Management office for maintenance and other office matters.
  • Manage office supplies and keep inventory of front desk supplies.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Singaporean or SPR only.
