Requirements
This role is to manage front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of customer service relationships roles:
Responsibilities
- attend to all phone calls/ walk ins/ email enquiries/ booking and confirmation of appts/ sending out appointment reminders
- greetings and registrations of customer upon arrival
- provide consultations to clients before and after their treatments
- rapport building with customers and build positive relationships
- schedule appointments & meetings for customers and staffs
- taking payment and performing payment settlements
- studio daily and monthly administrative and logistics works
- manage and assists all other front desk and client relationship activities
Requirements
- proven track record in Beauty/ Aesthetic/ Customer Service/ Brow Studio
- fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST (verbal/ phone/ messages)
- are a smart and people person
- highly-organized and responsible
- able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
- ability to remain calm & graceful even under stressful circumstances
- good attitude and pleasant appearance
- 5 days week- (10am-9pm including public holidays & weekends)
