About the team
ByteDance and affiliate are developing the next-generation high-performance analytical database, with a mission to enable efficient and real-time data-driven decision-making on PB-level data sets. The initial product was forked from Clickhouse, after which large re-architecture had been taken place. The product now not only improves the efficiency of Clickhouse but also fits into the elastic cloud-native infrastructure with better scalability and resource utilization. With years of polishment in the internal EB-level scenarios, we are now ready to serve our business partners via various cloud vendors.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for front-end architecture design, providing stable and high-quality data services for products.
- Responsible for team business and technical solution construction, leading the team to solve technical problems, optimizing various pain points in the development process, and completing specific business implementation.
- Grasp the development trend of front-end technology, establish a clear technical development route for the team, and use technology to promote business development.
- Enhance the team's technical atmosphere, undertake team talent training, and lead and promote team growth.
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 10 years of front-end related work experience, team management experience.
- Have solid front-end technology, accumulate certain depth and breadth, have strong abstract ability, engineering ability and technical sensitivity, can create a good technical atmosphere, and lead the team to grow;
- Have a deep understanding of front-end and project management upstream and downstream, excellent cross-group and XFN communication and collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
- Have a certain level of product awareness, able to logically deduce products and discover deficiencies in product logic; have basic aesthetic awareness, able to make effective suggestions in user experience, interactive operations, etc.
