As the first point of contact, your role as Front of House will be crucial in ensuring our patients journey is seamless from the moment they step into our clinics.
Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude- Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and professional clinic environment
Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth patient flow- Support administrative tasks such as billing, payments, and daily clinic operations
Alternate Saturdays off
Sundays and public holidays are always off!
