Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Provide detailed information on menu items, including specials and promotions.
- Answer any questions or provide recommendations on food and beverage choices.
- Order Taking and Serving:
- Accurately take guest orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all orders are delivered correctly and meet the restaurants standards.
- Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and respond to requests efficiently.
- Table Management:
- Set up tables with appropriate utensils, napkins, and condiments before guests are seated.
- Clear and reset tables quickly after guests have finished dining.
