Job Description

Job Description:

  • Serve as the change management specialist for the front office.
  • Support the Bank's transformation and change programs, specifically in front office engagement and business integration, to foster appropriate behaviors and enhance business effectiveness. A key focus is the Bank's CLM TOM Program.
  • Oversee impact assessments, stakeholder management plans, and change readiness activities affecting the front office.
  • Design, facilitate, and deliver change management strategies, communications, and engagement plans for the front office. Collaborate closely with the broader change team to align initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing relevant success measures for change initiatives and driving continuous improvements.
  • Analyzing and presenting structured and unstructured data to aid business decisions by stakeholders.
  • Leading or facilitating discussions with stakeholders to assess current options and discover alternatives for business outcomes.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in change management and leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Relevant experience or a strong understanding of private banking, particularly in the front office.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate organizational complexity and influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Solution-driven and outcome-focused, with the ability to thrive in evolving and uncertain environments.
  • Curious and quick to understand key aspects of the business, products, services, or processes.
  • Skilled in analyzing, organizing, and presenting complex issues for discussion, solutioning, and communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to extract and synthesize necessary information from specialist stakeholders.
