Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our Sales & Marketing department at Alexandra Road. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring the showroom is in top condition. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where attention to detail and excellent service are key.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to general customer inquiries
- Greet and check in customers, ensuring smooth visitor flow in the showroom
- Manage the Sales Executive turn system efficiently
- Ensure that the showroom is neat and organized, including maintaining display cars
- Serve refreshments to customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience in Receptionist or customer service roles
- Strong communication and social skills with a customer-first mindset
- Energetic, hardworking, and people-focused
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable working at off-site locations when required
