Job Description

Position Overview

The Front Office Executive is responsible for the accurate, courteous, and efficient check-in/check-out of hotel guests. The incumbent handles and provides information to any guest or visitor inquiry, processesrl all payments according to established hotel requirements, answers calls at the front desk and alerting hotel staff of VIP arrivals.

The Role

  1. Attend to guests needs in a calm and courteous manner
  2. Handle guests inquiries and provide prompt responses and assistance
  3. Promote positive relations with all individuals who come in contact
  4. Maintain confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel data
  5. Work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team
  6. Analyze and resolve problems while exercising good judgment
  7. Be an ambassador to the Hotel at all times, in and outside of one's workplace
