About the Team
We are building the central and unified authorization service at Bytedance. The services we build include:
- Authorization Product, which provides the customer-facing interface that's used by all Bytedance employees daily.
- Authorization Backend, which provides the unified and central authorization capability at Bytedance.
We have four major initiatives in our team:
- Build the most secure, reliable and scalable infra that enables high-quality service.
- Enforce fine-grained access control to secure all Bytedance resources and assets.
- Provide intuitive, efficient and transparent access experience to our users.
- Govern the permissions with automation and tools that enforce the least-privileged access control.
Job Responsibilities
- Build new features and products of the authorization services.
- Develop, test and maintain quality code and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors.
- At least 3 years of frontend development work experience.
- Programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, web debugging toolchain.
- Familiar with one of the popular frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular, Good experience in Web performance optimization.
- Familiar with various front-end related debugging and testing tools, and have independent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business and ReactJS development.
- Applicants with experience in security solutions, systems, and mechanisms, including, but not limited to, data security, application security, cryptography, systems security, and network security.
- Have good teamwork skills, initiative and motivation.
