About the team
Libra is a large-scale online experimental evaluation platform serving the company's entire line of business. It provides A/B test evaluation and intelligent optimization services for business iterations, helping businesses to measure benefits scientifically and effectively. On the road of trial and error in rapid iteration, make bold assumptions and be careful for proof. The platform currently includes three main products: A/B testing, automatic parameter adjustment, and configuration release. In addition, it also provides analysis and evaluation methods for city A/B (artificially synthesized control group).
Our team's positioning is to provide the best A/B testing platform for both internal and external use of ByteDance, continuously improve product experience, and combine:
- Open Platform to help our users better integrate A/B testing capabilities
- AI features to help our users get better experimental report interpretation and experimental creation
What you will be doing:
- Participate in the front-end development of Libra products and establish friendly communication and collaboration mechanisms with our overseas customers
- Ensure the front-end CI/CD of Libra products and support the deployment efficiency of overseas multi-data rooms
- In-depth research on overseas competing products, combined with AI capabilities, continuously improve the Libra User Experience
- Adopt automated and manual test strategies to ensure product quality before delivery
- Learn and understand how Libra works to suggest and help build end-to-end solutions.
- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science or related technical field from accredited and reputable institutions
- At least 3 years of industry experience in professional software development
- Expertise in fundamental web development technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Expertise in one of the modern web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc)
- Expertise in web API design and development (REST, GraphQL)
- Experience in designing and writing automated tests
- Experience working with CI/CD
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
