- Bartender/Bar Staff for Beverage Station (5/6 Days work week for FT)
The Bar Staff is responsible for preparing beverages to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards. He/she needs to follow the Restaurants beverage standards. This includes appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud.
- Role and responsibilities
Prepare non-alcoholic beverages consistently with Restaurant's beverage standards- Take beverage orders from serving staff accurately and promptly
Responsible for the cleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day operation including set up and closing of the bar counter- Comply with all safety, food and beverages regulations
He/she must be part of the service team and able to participate in service as and when required including taking orders and serving food

Able to work on weekend & Public holidays- A genuine and honest, can do attitude! :)
