The Crew Member is responsible for taking customers orders in a restaurant setting, answering questions on meal items, making recommendations on meal bundles, serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties. At times, the service crew may be required to prepare food.
Undertake day to day restaurant operational tasks which include the taking of food & beverages orders
- Ensure the display of excellent customer service at all times, greet and welcome restaurant diners in a warm and friendly manner
Create high standards of customer experience, be attentive towards the customers and their queries- Ensure prompt serving and clearing of plates after guests have finished dining
Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the restaurant and the brand standards
Assist in daily operations of restaurant
- Handle front-of-house duties such as taking orders, cashiering, serving food & drinks
Handle back-of-house duties such as food preparation in kitchen, washing mugs & utensils, food waste disposal- Wash and scrub tools & equipment, cooking stations, food preparation area and dining & kitchen floors
Daily housekeeping in dining and kitchen areas
Good customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal staff and customers- Minimum commitment of 3 months
