FT/PT Service Crew for Pasta Italian Casual Dining (5/6 Days work week for FT)- Undertake day to day restaurant operational tasks which include the taking of food & beverages orders
Ensure the display of excellent customer service at all times, greet and welcome restaurant diners in a warm and friendly manner- Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the restaurant and the brand standards
Ensure correct amount to be collected and paid
- Operate the POS system and ensure the collection is accurate and tally
Other Ad-hoc duties as and when required
- FT/PT Kitchen Crew for Pasta Italian Casual Dining (5/6 Days work week for FT)
Responsible for the preparation, seasoning and cooking of food in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)- Ensuring freshness and quality of food items
Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously
- Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared
Maintain Cleanliness of kitchen stations and upkeep of cooking equipment- Ensure the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock level of all food products
Other Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Able to work on weekend & Public holidays- A genuine and honest, can do attitude! :)
