Job Responsibilities- Ensure operational excellence by delivery exceptional Guest Experience
Keep safety as the priority focus while hosting/engaging our guests in a variety of activities, programs and/or learning journeys.- Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations via face-toface, mobile, or other digital communication channels.
Review, propose and execute ideas to improve on park related and guest experience matters.
- Assist team leaders on staff trainings and team development.
Be responsible for the operations of specific attractions or rides.- Complete housekeeping assignments including and not limited to general cleanliness of crew and guest areas, safety checks on all equipment and facilities per the SOP and upkeeping of the overall play park ambience.
All other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Flexible to work on shift patterns (weekends and public holidays inclusive)
- Pleasant, courteous and outgoing personality
Strong communication skills- Candidate with mascot duties experience are at advantage.
Able to multitask, meticulous and a problem solver.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in other languages will be an added advantage- Prior experience in Retail/Attractions and/or working with children and/or have background in Performing Arts
