We are seeking a cheerful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a
Front Desk Receptionist. If you have experience in front desk management and possess a dynamic, outgoing personality, we would love to hear from you.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Manage student lesson bookings, practice schedules, rescheduling, and cancellations using our booking system.
Book appointments, process payments, and issue invoices.- Ensure the center is ready for operation by managing the opening and closing checklists, including the readiness of training bays and equipment.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the center, including training bays and the back office.
- Respond to, resolve, and/or escalate issues such as claims, schedule conflicts, and last-minute cancellations as needed.
Acquire a strong working knowledge of the organizations services and staff members.- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible experience for clients.
Perform simple bookkeeping and provide operational support.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Strong customer service skills; dynamic, self-driven, professional, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English (Chinese is a plus).
Good computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Availability to work 5 days per week.
