Job Scope:- Cook food for customers during service
Prepare component ingredients to assist with smoother service- Assist with inventory stock taking and ordering
Uphold order, cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen
Interesting food concept of Western casual dining with a local fusion twist
- Multiple stations to rotate around (Charcoal Grill, Stove, Fryer/Oven, Garnish and Plating, Food Pass)
Dynamic and fun working environment Aptitude based progression plan
Some cooking experience, either home or commercial.
- Fresh grads from culinary school are welcome
