Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and support the team within a fast pace and demanding environment
Oversee daily operations- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Schedule shifts and manage staff rotation
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Experience in F&B management- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work nights and weekends
