What You'll Do:
- Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating on projects and sharing ideas
- Other adhoc duties assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Applicants with at least a local diploma certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
- Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- $12-20/h for part timers
- $2200 - $3000 for full timers
