Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations such as beverage making, cashiering, cleaning duties etc. are carried out according to company guidelines
Attend to customers promptly with greetings and smiles
Keep workplace clean and tidy
Opening & closing of outlet
Reporting to supervisor on daily operations and any other related matters
Handle Customer Service-related matters

Requirements:
No experience required
Well-groomed and pleasant
Team player and strong sense of ownership
Service-oriented and excellent customer service
Able to work weekends, public holidays
