Fund Finance Manager (Real Estate)

Our client is one of the Asia Pacific investment management arms of a leading listed real estate developer, that has a global presence with offices in USA, Europe, and APAC. You will be actively involved in the regional funds and mandates managed by the company and plays a crucial role in the operations and financial management of the various funds.

This position reports directly to the Singapore office's Finance Director and you will be involved in operational finance for a portfolio of fund and investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review monthly reporting deliverables including property and trust-level management accounts for fund entities
• Prepare/review quarterly investor reporting questionnaires/reporting for fund entities
• Handle cashflow management and projections including fixed deposit and bank account administrative matters, handle quarterly loan compliance reporting, loan rollover notices and interest payments for fund entities
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as internal and external auditors, corporate and tax agents, corporate secretarial agents. This includes managing the annual audit process including review of the audited financial statements and schedules required by the auditors and agents, annual tax filing
• Handle related matters for fund set up including incorporation of entities, opening of bank accounts, investors/service providers onboarding, application of related tax incentives/schemes
• Manage fund operations matters including capital calls, distributions
• Provide support by ensuring timely and accurate financial information

Key Requirements:

You possess Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience preferably in real estate investment management industry and have the ability to organise, take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently and highly motivated with good problem-solving skills.
