Fund Manager

• As a Fund Manager, the role involves understanding the indian market and making investments within the fund's mandate.
• The candidate will be required to assist in pre-sales activities.
• Write monthly macro commentary and newletters.
• Authoring and publishing thought leadership material on a regular basis.
• Liaising with brokers to execute trades, sending orders through bloomberg and obtaining information from brokers.
• The incumbent will work closely with fund accountant for NAV calculations and to update trade details with operations.
• Monitor all risk limits and aware of risk rations and responsible for fund performance.
• The candidate will work closely with fund accountants, auditors and other vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree holder in Business or Engineering
• Strong quantitative background will be added advantage
• Working experience in PMS/ Mutual Funds/ Bank and trading firms
• Good communications skills and a teamplayer
• Understanding of Python and Bloomberg
