Fund Manager (Logistics - Southeast Asia) - Real Estate

We are recruiting for a Fund Manager for a dedicated Southeast Asia Logistics Fund (circa. USD 500m). This role will report to the CIO directly and you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of these funds.

You will be involved in evaluating appropriate investment opportunities and undertake detailed due diligence, analysis and research in respect of any acquisitions, optimising the performance of each asset and the portfolio as well as preparation of investment proposals.

You will be having an oversight and involved in the preparation of business plans and budgets as well as regular reports such as financial statements, quarterly/annual reports and other items required by investors. You will be responsible for the preparation of all regular communications with investors, including financial reports, business plans, reports, budgets, etc.

You will work very closely with the senior management team as well as external parties such as investors, consultants, business associates and ensure that the investment and fund management objectives are met accordingly.

Requirements:

• You have more than 10 years of relevant experience with real estate development background as a strong preference. You will have a proven track record of and experience in investment transactions and valuations.
• Great problem solving and communication skills as well as prior experience in sourcing, negotiating, and/or evaluating debt financing options is advantageous.
