Fund Operations Manager

1. Experience in operation and compliance of CMS license company with asset management and fund business.

2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fund, including transaction processing, record-keeping, and reporting.

3. Regular market research to update information on industry trends and technological innovations, providing support for investment decisions.

4. Maintain regular communication with investors, providing updates on fund performance and operations.

5. Implement effective risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with fund operations and investments.

6. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies and stakeholders, including filings, disclosures, and performance reports.

7. Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and facilitating inspections or audits.

8. Prepare materials and project update reports to ensure clear and timely information transmission.
