We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented fundraiser. The Fundraising Lead reports to the Head of Communications and Partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and drive fundraising strategies to meet fundraising goals
Develop and present grant proposals to donors and grant makers
Research and cultivate new fundraising opportunities
Form strong relationships with major donors
Work closely with the Head of Communications and Partnerships, Executive Director, and Board Fundraising Chairman
Requirements:
Degree in Communications, or other equivalent
At least five years of relevant work experience in fundraising, or a similar role in a non-profit organisation / within the social service sector
Proven track record in fundraising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Excellent team player, yet able to work independently
