Job Description:
- Proficient in manning call center hotlines and establishing prompt follow-up actions
- Establish good coordination on funeral arrangements
- Versatile with client meetings performed within office premises, on-site visits, and over virtual communication platforms
- Transfer the dearly departed to funeral homes
- Work closely with operations staff and Finance Team
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- To converse well in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and Chinese monks)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, meticulous, and independent
- Possess class 3 driver's license
- Relevant industry experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working in the funeral industry
- Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
