Significantly increase futures trading volume and market share. Utilize data analysis to deeply analyze trading data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize strategies.
- Design and implement user lifecycle management, drive and manage large-scale trading competitions and promotional activities to attract high-value users and enhance user engagement.
Collaborate with the product team to define and optimize futures trading products, improving user experience and market competitiveness.- Plan and supervise the listing and optimization of futures pairs, oversee liquidity management to ensure pair stability, and assist in designing and implementing comprehensive risk control strategies.
Coordinate with regional, brand, product, technology, risk control, and other business departments to ensure the smooth execution of futures growth strategies.
Bachelors degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience in leading large teams and projects.
- Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills, capable of developing and executing complex growth strategies, familiar with futures trading and pair operations.
Advanced data analysis skills, able to make data-driven decisions.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively coordinate and motivate cross-departmental collaboration.
Strong innovation and execution capabilities, results-oriented, with a focus on tangible outcomes and business growth.
- Fluent in English & Chinese.
