FULL-TIME HR CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE | UP TO $4000 PER MONTH | UBI / MACPHERSON | MON - FRI | FYT

Location: Ubi (Walkable distance from Macpherson and Ubi MRT)

Salary: $2500 to $4000

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Scope:

• Provide general administrative support to management
• In charge of workers WP matters (Training, Course Arrangement, Salary Etc.)
• Coordinating with external support regarding company's IT and builder licensing application/ renewal
• Purchasing and leasing of general office items
• Keeping track of monthly expenses and verification of supplier invoices
• Organizing staff welfare and other company activities
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resource
