WHAT WE OFFER
- A permanent global contract, with fiercely competitive salary

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and continuously refine Elfie's overall mobile app gamification strategy, including the design and implementation of reward systems, challenges, and interactive features, with the aim of creating stickiness on a global basis
- Ensure that all contents (visual and copy) of rewards, challenges, and charities are all available and in top quality across all app versions and countries
- Collaborate with teams (Product, Marketing, International) to integrate gamification initiatives smoothly with the app experience and business goals
- Analyze user data to improve engagement, retention, and monetization through gamification and oversee adapting elements for diverse markets.
- Manage the sourcing and curation of low-cost, high-value rewards that appeal to Elfie's diverse user base across international markets
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Elfie's gamification features, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience and drive business impact
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in leading strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile apps.
- Proven track record of driving sustainable user growth and engagement.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
