Responsibilities: General Affairs Admin Executive, who will provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Director and Project Manager
- In charge and full support in office establishment and maintain daily office operations
Preparing and maintaining company databases in Google sheet/Wrike platform for various projects and tasks- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Create and maintain filing systems (electronic)
- Answer phones and greet visitors
Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Handling confidential contracts/resumes of candidates for the recruiting process- Manage onboarding/off-boarding of employees
Administrate staff access passes, equipment etc
- Assist to implement HR & Administrative policies and procedures
Assist in bank reconciliation and list of accrual
- Administrate/tally invoices relating to procurement and other monthly expenses.
Candidate should have minimum O Level qualifications
- He/she should possess a positive attitude, is well-organized and able to multitask
Familiar with Microsoft, Google system and Apple MacOS system- Works independently, good team player, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm- Free snacks and drinks in the office pantry
